Cool Experts did an excellent job of removing my old, broken-down system and installing a completely new system. I also had to have my Electrical panel updated and they handled everything with the subcontractor and everything went smoothly. The sub did a fantastic job, as well. They also installed a new thermostat and all new duct work. Everything is working perfectly and my house is nice & cool. The techs were punctual, professional and polite and left my home exactly how they found it. Just Outstanding service, they really went above & beyond for me. Good service is expected Above and Beyond is unexpected, trust is earned not given. Had 5 AC companies come out for diagnostic and quotes for a New AC system none took the time to give a detailed response and educate me except Cool Experts. Seer levels, AC ton size impact had no idea about this until I met with them. Signed off on the system during after-hours on a weekend and 8am next morning they arrived and finished same day and refused to take my payment from me until they come back to do a QA check. Wow! Thank you Cool Experts -sincerely customer for life

When his team came out they went above and beyond to get our AC up and running again. The technicians were also very professional and quick. Gus And John came out to service my rental property in Dallas I'm very pleased with the techs and this company I called at 3pm and had them out by 4pm after 15min of diagnostics John found the problem and within an hour the AC was cooling again and for a very competitive price trust me I know I rent properties for a living. Very excellent experience with cool experts there name is true they are experts in their craft. Very professional installers they came at 8am and done by noon for the whole AC system. They cleaned up after the job. I also did some shopping around Cool Experts had the best deal

I was so incredibly pleased with Cool Experts! Juan came and repaired a unit that had never worked well since the house was built 14 years ago. He took his time, explained everything to me, did not just come in, pump it up with refrigerant, demand payment and leave like has happened to me so many times. He spent several hours repairing parts that had been put in wrong before and replaced a thermostat system that did not work. The unit now cools far more efficiently than ever and is now quiet, when before it had an unbearable high pitched sound that I had been told by others was just part of how it worked!?! And to top it off, this was done through my warranty company so I wasn't out thousands of dollars. I respect this company so much for doing hone warranty work and not doing a shortcut bad job like so many others had. Thank you so much, Cool Experts! I will always recommend you in the future
